My story

I'm teaming up with my dog, Jess, this April to support St Mungos.

Two years ago I walked just over 50 miles with my elderly dogs, Scout and Tucker, both of whom have recently crossed the bridge. I’m now officially a pensioner, but Jess is only middle aged so I’m hoping we can do the longer distance.

As one of the only homelessness charities to accept dogs in their hostels, St Mungo’s understands the powerful emotional support a dog can provide.

St Mungo’s is a leading homelessness charity which works to end homelessness and rebuild lives. They support over 2,100 people on any given night. They believe rough sleeping can be ended in this country, and that policies and interventions can be put in place to end homelessness for good.
